Frequently Ask and Questions

• How to make a official order?

Your purchase order should be based on our quotation. Upon receipt of your purchase order we will issue a Invoice within 3 working days from receipt as acknowledgement of your order. The bulk goods are normally produced within 45-60 days from date of sample approval for all China productions and 60-75 days for productions outside China. In case you have not heard from us within the time stipulated, please contact us immediately. Please send your purchase order to the address mentioned in the contact section.

• How to order samples?

In order to make samples in your own pattern/design please send us your artwork in ratio 1:1 and confirm the PMS (Pantone) No. for each color. Most samples are ready within 1 week. We normally pay for the samples and the client pays for the courier charge. So when ordering samples please advice us of your International Courier Import A/C No. Please refer to the contact section for ordering samples.

• How to ship order?

All shipments are offered on a FOB Shanghai, China port or airport basis unless the buyer has been specifically quoted other terms. The buyer may nominate the freight forwarder or cargo can be sent through our own forwarder.
